I have bought a product from a retailer and it´s faulty. What do I do?Updated a year ago

If you have purchased an item from one of our retailers, we kindly ask you to directly contact the dealer regarding your complaint. We can only process complaints regarding products that were bought directly from one of our official webshops. 

However, if you have any questions regarding our products, we will, of course, be ready to help you!
