Where is my order and how do I track it?Updated a year ago

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation within a couple of minutes. As soon as your order is picked, packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

If you´re curious as to where is your package and when can you expect it to be delivered, you can simply click on the button called "Track Package" and you will be redirected to a webpage of one of our shipping partners, where you will find all the necessary information regarding your package.

If you package is said to be delivered but you haven´t received the product or the delivery exceeded the estimated delivery time, please contact our Customer Service.
